RCSP Project
From Certification to Career
The RCSP Project is designed to help certified candidates turn readiness into real opportunities, including interviews, internships, and employment. It provides practical, guided support to ensure your CV, applications, and interview performance are aligned and defensible.
Who Can Participate
To take part in the RCSP Project, you must have:
- A valid RhemaPath Career Readiness Certification (RCRC)
- A Certificate of Completion for the required RhemaPath training
These requirements ensure all participants start the programme with the same professional foundation. Each step of the project is coach-led.
What the RCSP Project Includes
1. Resume Development (RhemaPath Method)
You will develop your resume using the RhemaPath Resume Builder, guided by a coach through the three core stages to ensure clarity, evidence, and interview defensibility.
2. Role Transition & Portfolio Building
If you are currently employed, you will be supported on how to transition into your target role while still in your current job, building relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
3. Internship Opportunities
If you are not currently in work, your profile may be shared with RhemaPath partner organisations for paid or unpaid internship opportunities.
4. CV Tailoring & Interview Support
You will receive support to tailor your CV to specific job descriptions, alongside resume reviews, updates, and structured interview preparation.
